Keti Chukhrov (Substitute Professorship for Art Research and Media Philosophy at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design) speaks about the systemic conditions of the post-socialist autocracies, with a special emphasis on both Georgian and Russian political technologies in suppressing the post-socialist democratic social movements.

Lorena Drakula (doctoral researcher at the Cluster of Excellence Contestations of the Liberal Script – SCRIPTS at FU Berlin) speaks about (de)politization as a regime practice and questions of political articulation in the protests in Serbia.

Access to the building is at ground level. The event space is located on the ground floor, there are no steps. The entrance doors open electrically after ringing the bell, the doors to the event space either stand open or have to be opened manually. Wheelchair accessible restrooms can be reached by elevator in the basement and on the second floor; keys are available on site upon request.
